4.1 Credential Security. 4.4 Account Verification. tay99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account pending identity verification. Until KYC documentation is verified, withdrawal privileges may be withheld. This is a PAGCOR compliance requirement, not a discretionary tay99 policy.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds are subject to change at tay99's discretion with reasonable advance notice.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on tay99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. tay99 processes withdrawal requests within the timelines stated in the Cashier section. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer. tay99 reserves the right to delay processing for accounts undergoing security review or pending KYC completion.
5.5 AML Compliance. In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML requirements, tay99 may request documentation to verify the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds. Funds may be temporarily held pending this verification. Players who cannot satisfactorily verify their source of funds may be subject to withdrawal restrictions.
5.6 Same Payment Method Policy. tay99 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed using the same payment method as the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. This is a standard AML control.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified per promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period results in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each tay99 promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. tay99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back Bonus Funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any attempt to exploit tay99's promotional offers in bad faith. tay99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:
11.1 By the Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting tay99 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (after satisfaction of all active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing timelines.
11.2 By tay99. tay99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; violation of PAGCOR regulations; failure to complete KYC verification; or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or security risk to tay99 or other Players.
11.3 Forfeiture. Where an account is closed due to a Player's material breach of these Terms, tay99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Bonus Funds, pending wagering requirements, and, where legally permissible, Real Money Funds pending investigation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Civil Code of the Philippines, and relevant consumer protection legislation.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to tay99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. tay99 will endeavour to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through tay99's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Centre in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for unresolved disputes shall be the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
tay99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the tay99 platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the amendments take effect — except where changes are required on shorter notice by applicable law or PAGCOR direction.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players who do not agree with any amended Terms must discontinue use of tay99 services and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
